More blankets and baby clothes

Tuis Versorging received a donation of blankets and baby clothes that were knitted by the ladies of Avendson Klub vir Bejaardes. Sister Hettie and her team at Tuis Versorging received the items for distribution amongst the needy in the community. The knitting work is sponsored by the Swellendam Rotary Club. Both Sister Hettie and Johannes Michaels of Avendson thanked Rotary for its involvement. Sandra Taylor of Avendson admitted that when they first started knitting they were unable to knit or read a pattern and yet the items displayed on the table are now evidence of their remarkable skill at knitting.
